Does your passion find a voice at work?<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Do you feel safe taking risks and speaking out at work?\u00a0We may not always agree, but I always want dialog to be open.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">What parts of your job do you look forward to?<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">When was the last time work was particularly fun or rewarding for you?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s3\">As a manager, I hope I can talk about these things with my directs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s3\">No worries. Just talk. \u00a0I want my directs\u00a0to be happy.
